led by Carmen Menoni and Erik Anderson, faculty members at the Colorado
State University-based ERC for Extreme Ultraviolet Science and Technology
(EUV ERC), has won one of R&D Magazine's prestigious "R&D 100"
Awards for 2008, for their development of a compact "tabletop" EUV microscope.
