Microsystems Packaging Research Center (PRC)A Practice-Oriented Masters ProgramLeaders of the Packaging Research Center at Georgia Tech believe that future engineers should have breadth beyond technical fields in areas such as management and business concepts as well as knowledge of foreign languages and culture. At the PRC, this concept is called "System-Level and Global Education." To satisfy the needs for this 21st century engineering workforce, the PRC offers a new entrepreneurial and Practice-Oriented Masters certificate program which has three components: (1) microelectronic packaging engineering, (2) management, and (3) industry perspective achieved through internships.
