Biomimetic MicroElectronic Systems Special Issue of an IEEE Magazine Devoted to BMES "Biomimetic Microelectronic Systems" was the theme of a special issue of Engineering in Medicine and Biology Magazine (September/October 2005 issue), published by IEEE Press. The guest editors of this special thematic issue were faculty members from the ERC for Bioimetic MicroElectronic Systems (BMES ERC), James Weiland and Mark Humayun. Among the contributing authors were other members of the BMES-ERC: Ted Berger, Gerald Loeb, John Granacki, Rahman Davoodi, and Roberta Brinton.
